How to use the clock on Upwork
- Proposals sent in the first hour of a posting get read far more often, so being awake for their morning matters more than the proposal itself.
- Connects are wasted on jobs posted while the buyer sleeps. Check the clock before you spend them.
- US East and US Central together are most of the buyer base. If you only track one clock, track New York.
